Episode 326 Jason reviews a Dino LEGO set, T-Rex Hunter. LEGO 5886 is a 2012 release and comes with 480 pieces and 2 minifigures. Minifigures include 2 hero dino hunters with tranquilizer guns. Also comes with a large T-Rex with multiple colors, different than the one from Dino defense HQ.

Set features a helicopter with a mechanical crane to pick up the T-Rex and flick fire missiles, an ATV with a trailer and toolbox full of tools and weapons. Jason likes the set but wishes it came with more minifigs and thinks it is a bit pricey.

Retail price was $69.99 which comes to about 15 cents per piece. Recommended ages is 7-12.

    Toys’R'Us is NOT a discount even with the BOGO 50% off. They jack the prices higher than what they should be. You pay on average 5-15 extra at Toys’R'Us so when you get one 50% off your not really saving any money. For that if you can you should buy from the Lego Stores, at least they don’t inflate the prices and they charge what the prices should be.

    this looks like a Sikorsky skycrane.I think Lego should of made the dino sets be in the color green because, it could have been used as a army helicopter for transporting tanks,hummves, and artilery around.But,…..i know Lego does this kind of thing,but they HAVE to get rid of all the flick fire missils!
