Episode 44 Jason reviews a 2010 Kingdoms set called King’s Castle. This set comes with 933 pieces and 8 mini figures. Minifigures include 5 red kingdom figures (2 archers, 2 knights and 1 King) and 3 warrios from the enemy kingdom. The King’s white horse dressed in armor is also included. LEGO 7946 features the HUGE King’s Castle from the red kingdom. The front gate features a lifting gate and drawbridge. Many weapons are included:
- 1 long gold sword (belongs to the King)
- 3 bows with included quivers
- 4 spears
- 1 mace
- 3 swords
- 2 shields
Worth mentioning is the king mini figure. We love this figure. His gold plated sword and King’s crown are sweeeet! He’s also equipped with a great looking breastplate. Also you can disconnect the different parts of the castle and create a wide version that may be better suited for a big battle.
Retail price for this is around $99.99 USD which comes to about 10.7 ¢ per piece. It’s very similiar to LEGO set 6080 from 1984.
